Super Web Host co-locates our servers at
two state of the art data centers located in Dallas Texas
which offer complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression,
network connectivity, and security. The data center facility sits
atop multiple power grids with PowerWare UPS battery backup power
and diesel generators onsite.
Datacenter/Network Overview
We take pride in our track record of providing the
most reliable Internet services available anywhere. Since we moved
into our new data center, we have had 99.9% uptime (excluding
prescheduled maintenance and upgrades during our normal service
window).
HVAC
The data center floor is fed by 2 10-ton
individual, redundant Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units.
The area is kept at 72 degrees and 45% humidity at all times.
Critical airflows are monitored for hydrogen at all times, and
temperature and humidity sensors are placed throughout our facility
to provide early warning in the event of a system failure.
Fiber
All fiber enters the facility via two divergent
routes and into a secure fiber pop. Individual carriers then
hand-off the circuits and other facilities in a specially designed
Meet-Me Room adjacent to the fiber pop.
